While we will still be married on April 28th with immediate family, we will not be hosting a public gathering due to the ongoing global health crisis.

We will officially be married at a simple late-morning civil ceremony in Toronto. The ceremony will be followed by lunch.

Kanishka grew up in Toronto, and even though he no longer lives there, it is still home. This city is a veritable cornucopia of diverse food culture from around the world, and we will do our best to bring together a little of everything we love, for everyone!

Maria's hometown of Baguio in the beautiful mountainous region of the Philippine Cordillera will play host to our wedding reception.

The celebrations will take place on the lush garden spaces of the charming Frangeli House on December 1st, 2020.

We begin with a carefully curated lunch spread that aims to bring together our love of diverse cuisine and healthy eats while catering to the wide variety of dietary needs of our guests. Tying it all together won't be easy, but that's the kind of challenge we love!

Post lunch, we'll have activities for everyone to enjoy including some lovely surprises! Or you can just find a shady corner and take a nap in the beautiful garden ;-)

As the sun sets, if you decide to stay on, join us around a roaring bonfire as we share stories and music. Garden bonfires during the holidays are a family tradition for Maria, and we'd love to share that experience with you.
